Hybrid Trigger Word Detection
Introduction
Hybrid Trigger Word Detection (HTWD) Engine determines the presence of a pre-specified trigger word in voice input by the user.
It performs embedded detection of the trigger word first before server-based detection in order to minimize the misrecognition of trigger words.
Since it takes time to communicate with the server, it can be used without server-based detection for faster recognition speed.
If trigger word detection is successful, HTWD Engine will complete the process. If it fails, HTWD Engine will continue to wait for the user's voice.
HTWD Engine by ThinQ.AI supports the following features:
Feature | Description |
---|---|
Support for various trigger words | hilg, heycloi, airstar |
Multi-language support | Supports Korean and English languages |
Engine Architecture
HTWD Engine combines embedded trigger word detection with server-based trigger word detection.
Examples of Use
The hybrid keyword detection function can be used in all devices equipped with a speech recognition function. This engine allows a user to initiate speech recognition without touching the device.
- Devices with a virtual assistant
You can control the device by the voice from a mobile device equipped with an AI virtual assistant system.
- Home appliances capable of speech recognition
It can be applied to operate home appliances with voice recognition-capability.
- Robot control
Operate and control robots using natural language commands.
